Citigate Hudson Announces the Election of Gail Tieh to the Board of Directors of the New York Software Industry Association

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2004--Citigate Hudson, a subsidiary of Incepta Group plc (ITA) and a leading provider of interactive Web-based business intelligence applications, today announced that one of its managers, Gail G. Tieh, was elected to the Board of Directors of the New York Software Industry Association (NYSIA). NYSIA is the leading high-tech trade association for software, information technology and Web development companies in New York City. Gail Tieh is a project leader with Citigate Hudson's business intelligence team.
NYSIA works to expand the software development and IT industry in the New York metropolitan area. NYSIA manages an extensive educational event schedule, hosts the yearly New York Software Summit, sponsors a wide variety of economic development programs aimed at assisting member companies, and carries out legislative work on behalf of the software industry.

Tieh's expertise includes business process improvement through the use of technology. She has been actively working on a business intelligence/OLAP solution for a global financial institution for the past three years.

Prior to joining Citigate Hudson, Gail worked at Securities Industries Automation Corporation (SIAC) where she implemented financial and product life-cycle studies of select NYSE and AMEX systems as well as moderated a Process Improvement Committee. She has also served as the Director of Financial Resources of a NY-based management consulting firm.

A New York resident, she received both her MBA in Information Systems and BA in Economics from Baruch College of City University of New York. She is a member of the Project Management Institute. In addition to serving on the Board of NYSIA, she is also the Special Interest Group Leader of NYSIA's Database Professionals Council.
