Safley pointed out bright red Ds and Fs on an aviation security report card released by a coalition of pilots Thursday."In some ways, this report card is not pretty, and the American public should be very concerned," said Safley, president of the Coalition of Airline Pilots Associations. CAPA is made up of five trade groups representing 22,000 commercial pilots.
